Cornerstone Mechanical, Inc. was founded by Don Franklin on October 1, 1990.

The company began with 5 employees focused on small construction and service projects.

They quickly grew and had to double their man power within a year.  This early growth was due to Mr. Franklin's focus on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and doing whatever it took to make his customers happy.  Cornerstone Mechanical is still family run and operated with Don's son, Mike Franklin, serving as president.  

Today, the business is a commercial and industrial design, installation and service operation. Our team consists of more than 30 employees, and is steadily growing.  We are thriving and expectant of Nashville's success.
